Annual year end account creation

For individuals and sole traders who use their own spreadsheets or manual books to record income and expenditure but require year end final accounts for self assessment purposes.

You supply us with an annual spreadsheet or completed manual books and we will compile year end reports.

Option available to complete and submit self-assessment tax return.

Self Input, Bookkeeper Monitored

For a low monthly fee you will be provided with access to your accounts via both web and mobile app.

This will allow you to generate sales invoices, record expenditure and capture images of receipts. Transactions are monitored to ensure they are processed to the correct accounts, and corrected if necessary.

End of year final accounts report is included.

Option available to complete and submit self-assessment tax return on your behalf for an additional fee at a preferential rate.

Traditional Bookkeeping

If you would rather spend all your time working on your business and not worrying about recording transactions then let us do the bookkeeping for you.

Just send us your monthly bank statements by email (or we can get a feed for your bank to send them automatically), and then using your phone take photos of expense receipts or sales invoices and send them to us by text or email. We will then process them and match them to your bank statement, asking you for any missing documents.

You will receive periodic profit and loss statements.

End of year final accounts are included

Option available to complete and submit a self-assessment tax return on your behalf for an additional fee at a preferential rate.

Annual Final Account Creation

£30 per month.

Includes production of final accounts.

Production and submission of self-assessment tax return following year end (if required) £100 payable on completion or add £8.33 to each month to spread the cost through the year.

Traditional Bookkeeping

Prices start from £40 per month to process up to 50 transactions (any mixture of sales and purchase/expense transactions) and produce year end accounts.

• 0 - 50 transactions per month £40 per month

• 51 - 100 transactions per month £60 per month

• 101- 150 transactions per month £80 per month

• 151 + transactions per month - Price negotiable

Production and submission of self-assessment tax return following year end (if required) £100 payable on completion or add £8.33 to each month to spread the cost through the year.
