What is cloud accounting?

Cloud accounting is similar to traditional, on-premises, or self-install accounting software but the accounting software is hosted on remote servers. Data is sent into "the cloud" where it is processed and returned to the user.

All application functions are performed off-site, not on users computer or device.

For sole traders, and companies both small and large, this allows access to accounts from any device such as a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. The business is freed from the expense of purchasing and installing software on individual computers. Software is also automatically updated saving time and expense.

You can let us input all your transactions for you, or you can choose to use the Nomisma App where you raise invoices and input purchases and expenses yourself.

If you choose to use the Nomi App, Nomi allows us to monitor or approve transactions and assist if things go wrong in real-time. The app lets you invoice customers from within the app, sending invoices electronically by email to customers. You can also raise purchase invoices and input expenses such as fuel, utilities etc. Also included is a photo upload facility which lets you take a photo of your receipt with your smartphone and upload directly into your accounts.
